Dynamic Pro Detailing ("we") is a mobile auto detailing business in Peoria, Arizona. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote on our website, you give us your name, phone number, email, vehicle and the address where you'd like the detail, and you can add notes and up to five photos. Your phone shrinks the photos before sending them, which also removes their location data, and they are emailed to us rather than stored on the website. We use this information only to contact you about your request, recommend and price your detail, schedule it and keep a record of your request.

When you call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Address suggestions

As you type an address into the quote form, the characters you type are sent to Google's address service so it can suggest matching addresses. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Chat assistant

Our website chat is an automated assistant powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. What you type in the chat is sent to Anthropic to generate the replies and is handled under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not allow it to be used to train their models. When you start a chat, we're emailed your first message and the assistant's reply, so we can follow along. If you ask us to contact you or send a quote request from the chat, we're also sent your name, contact details and the conversation. Please don't share payment or other sensitive information in the chat.

Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. To limit spam, we store a scrambled, one-way version of your network address with each quote request and chat. When you send a quote request or a chat message, Cloudflare Turnstile checks in the background that you are a real person; Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

To understand how the website is used, we count page visits and taps on buttons such as Call, Text and Get a Quote. These counts are anonymous: they use a random id that lasts only while your browser tab is open, record your device type and approximate city (from your internet provider), and never store your IP address. This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Who sees your information

Your quote request is seen only by us. It is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts our website and database, and is delivered to our business email inbox. We do not sell your personal information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you gave us through this website.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
