Questions we get a lot

Do you come to me?

Yes. We're a mobile detailer, so we come to your home or workplace in North Peoria, Vistancia, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise and north Glendale / Arrowhead.

Do you serve Phoenix or the East Valley?

We focus on North Peoria and the nearby West Valley, so we don't travel to the East Valley or central and south Phoenix. Not sure if you're in range? Call or text us and we'll let you know.

Do I need to provide water or power?

No. We bring our own spot-free water and our own power. Occasionally we may plug in a steamer, and we'll always ask you first.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave the keys somewhere safe and we'll put them back in a safe place when we're done. Please park centered in the driveway, facing the garage, so we have room to work all the way around the vehicle. If there's a safe shaded spot with enough space, we're happy to use it.

What vehicles do you detail?

Cars, trucks, SUVs, side-by-sides (UTVs) and motorcycles. We don't take on boats or RVs.

How can I pay?

Cash, Venmo, Zelle or card. Cash, Venmo or Zelle are preferred.

Why are prices listed as “starting at”?

The final price depends on the size of the vehicle and its condition. Heavy pet hair, sand, stains or neglected paint take more time. Tell us about your vehicle and we'll give you a quote.

What's the difference between The Refresher and The Ultimate?

The Refresher is a maintenance detail: exterior wash and sealant plus a vacuum, wipe-down and glass. The Ultimate adds shampoo and steam cleaning of the carpets and upholstery, deeper wheel and wheel well cleaning, and conditioning of leather, vinyl and plastic.

Should I get a polish or a ceramic coating?

Our Platinum detail includes a one-step machine polish that boosts gloss and reduces light swirl marks, finished with a paint sealant. A ceramic coating is long-term protection: we use Owner's Pride coatings, with warrantied options from 1 to 7 years.
